How do I move or reassign an appointment?
What it is for
A client postpones, a technician is ill: the appointment can be moved or given to another technician without recreating it.
Before you start
Step by step
Tap the appointment in the schedule to open its details. They offer Move and Reassign.
The appointment details With Move, tap the new day: the appointment keeps the same time. Other date… opens a calendar for a later date.
Choosing the new day
Good to know
On a computer, you can also drag an appointment with the mouse; on a phone, in Day view, with a long press. Right after a move, a button lets you undo it.
Frequently asked questions
Does the appointment keep its duration?
Yes. Reschedule changes the date and start time while keeping the duration.
What do the hatched days mean?
The technician is away on those days. You can still move the appointment there.
