How many phones can a technician sign in on?
What it is for
An account is personal: the device limit stops the same technician account from being shared between several people.

In Team, tap the Devices used icon on a member's row: the page lists their devices and the day-by-day history.

Good to know
A technician account can be active on at most 2 different devices per day. Beyond that, sign-in is refused until the next day. Managers are not affected.
Frequently asked questions
My technician changed phone and can no longer sign in.
They have already used two devices today: signing in becomes possible again the next day.
What does the account sharing alert mean?
More than 4 different devices were seen over the period: check with the member concerned.
