Can I work without signal?
What it is for
In a basement, a boiler room or a dead zone, you keep filling in the report. Everything is kept on the phone and sent as soon as the signal returns.
Before you start
Step by step
When offline, the app shows it at the top of the report (Offline — changes retained). Carry on entering details and taking photos as normal.

Good to know
Keep the app open when the signal returns: it is the app that uploads pending photos. Until a photo has gone, finalisation waits.
Frequently asked questions
Can I finalise without signal?
Yes, if all photos have already been uploaded: the report will be finalised when the signal returns. Otherwise, wait for the photos to upload.
I opened the report on another phone and photos are missing.
Photos not yet uploaded stay on the device that took them: reopen the report on that phone with signal.
