Your subscription counts seats: one per active team member, whatever their role, including you.

In Team, the counter at the top shows active members and the plan's seats, with the reminder · 1 member = 1 seat (manager or technician).

Good to know
If the team has more members than seats, the extra members are blocked (Blocked (over quota)): a blocked technician can no longer sign in, but nothing is deleted. They regain access as soon as you add seats. The account founder is never blocked.

How many seats during the trial?
10 seats are included during the 30-day trial.
Does a manager take a seat?
Yes. One member = one seat, manager or technician.
Does a blocked member lose their reports?
No. Their reports and appointments stay within the company.
