How do I schedule by day rather than by the hour?
What it is for
If your clients don't book a specific time, schedule by day: each technician has their list for the day, in the visiting order you choose.

In Settings, Schedule section, choose By day for the Scheduling mode.

An arrival time is still possible but optional. A finalised report keeps its place in the visiting order.

Are my appointments already scheduled by the hour lost?
No. They keep their time; the schedule then offers to convert them or Keep the times.
Where can I see this mode from the schedule?
The “Scheduling mode” line under the schedule title links straight to the setting.
