How do I set up report quality control?
What it is for
Quality control checks each report (photos, signature, timing…) and gives it a score. You choose the rules that apply to your business.
Before you start
Step by step
In Customization, open Quality control. Tick or untick the Critical rules and the Warning rules.

Good to know
An active critical rule prevents finalising until it is met. Untick with care.
Frequently asked questions
The “Finalise” button is blocked by a rule.
A critical rule is not met: complete the report, or ask a manager to turn off that rule.
